I have no idea, Arcserve is the only back-up tool I have used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All features available from one portal.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The time difference with our location and technical support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to use, many features, simple to add cloud storage or appliance, good support (chat, phone, remote support), keep improving there products and features for example to join forces with StorageCraft,
