What differentiates Arkieva from other similar products?

Their user support is excellent, and testing and implementation were managed very thoroughly and effectively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Arkieva has an intuitive user interface that improved the efficiency of our S&OP planning process. All key functionality is easy to access, and the design of the application is thoughtful constructed to provide high transparency.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost was nearly prohibitive for our organization, but we were ultimately able to get it approved with Arkieva's assistance in the proposal to senior management.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Unfortunately I left the organization and management also changed hands, so I was unable to see through to the implementation of the supply planning module as originally intended. However, I can confidently say that Arkieva is able to configure an optimal and practical solution for demand planning that would serve the needs of many organizations.
