What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
When we changed from Trello to Asana we loved the variety in boards and overviews. Also their chat, notifications (sometimes a bit much) and sharing options are pretty great. The ease of use is great. Its simple, straightforward and reliable,
What do you dislike most about this product?
If I have to choose something, that I switched off pretty quick, is the huge amount of notification mails I received. Each time a colleague commented/posted in Asana you receive an e-mail. That was a bit too much for me. But luckily you can change that in the settings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As I said: I think it comes down to personal preferences. Because as far as we could tell there are no huge differences between the other project management tools. So go and test them all out before you make your selection!
