What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

ZohoProjects provides valuable features that streamline project development and easily adapt to our business needs. It is a platform that provides all the tools for managing and organizing projects in a simple and effective way. It has turned out to be very useful for our team as a collaborative tool with the integration of a variety of platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, among others. With the implementation of this software it is easy to communicate, share documents, assign responsibilities and monitor the progress of the processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to use and its user interface is attractive. It is very easy to assign specific tasks and divide them according to areas and processes. Efficient resource management helps minimize costs. It facilitates the monitoring of the work of each professional, something very significant for the internal management of projects. It allows you to track the status of the project and the risks related to the activities. The integrations with other products are great and help improve productivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is necessary to incorporate more documentation to get started in project management and it is necessary to offer more customization options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend its implementation because it has a simple design, easy to use and has all the necessary tools to effectively monitor projects.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana for a long time has been the best in PPM. It is more unique since it has both mobile and desktop applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana was easy to implement, deploy, customize and use with minimal supervision. I like thatbit improves productivity since team are able to complete their tasks before due dates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asana do not synchronize data when not connected to the internet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Install the latest mobile application so as they can be getting Instant notifications and to be logged in throughout.

Asana has capabilities for all sorts of corporations from mid sized to global organizations. Product, project and task management.

I usually find nothing to hate while utilizing Asana, and I use it on a daily basis.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Focus on mobile application since it will always alert them of new notifications instantly over the internet.
