The interface is one of the most important features, and this software has a very intuitive and friendly interface.-I can schedule reminders and recurring tasks.-Synchronization with Google calendar, makes it a more comprehensive and centralized tool.-It is customizable and enjoyable for each user and tastes, as an example you can choose the type of view of your projects.-I can use it for my personal tasks and daily activities, it is very flexible, as well as for complex business projects, obviously.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Asana offers details of the start and completion of each activity, I also like that I can link Asana with my Gmail. With Asana, tasks and projects can be managed and divided among team members in a professional and efficient way. Asana harmonizes group work; where we can communicate, organize and plan to accomplish the goal of each task in less time than expected, as it is a tool that provides all the functions and opportunities to accelerate the workflow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is really nothing too bad with Asana, but the notifications sometimes (not always) take a long time to arrive and I think nobody likes to be warned late about something.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall it is a wonderful collaboration tool, I have simply had a good experience with Asana and I hope to continue using this software to manage my projects, I hope my review will be helpful for those who are still undecided.

Asana has enterprise scalability qualities, it allows to track schedules easily and directly. Easy to follow task lists and communication with other users within the system is possible and fluid. You can configure the type of view of your tasks and projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the highlights is the Gantt chart, it is a tool widely used by our team, it allows us to see updates and next moves. Asana is a tool with effective collaboration features, where receiving and assigning tasks in a transparent and fast way is possible, it allows us to keep focused on the goal for the approval of each activity. All areas can be monitored effectively.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it can take a while to find something among so many functions, the user interface needs to be simplified.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are many competitors in the market and a lot to compare, Asana like all has advantages and disadvantages, but if you manage complex projects and activities in large teams, Asana is one of the best options.

You can switch between different types of views for your projects, such as List, Dashboard, Calendar, Timeline, etc. It works well with large projects, in fact most task managers are more suitable for small workgroups. You can configure the privacy settings of a project. Variety of templates.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana saves the tedious process of instructing each worker on what to do, I can easily organize tasks and ideas so team members know how to proceed. We can collaborate at any time, without limitations. It also has an excellent UI, I love the calendar view, I can track deadlines and the most important goals, mark tasks as completed and create them. It is a very comprehensive, complete and secure tool to work with.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It needs more integrations that can be linked with the software, it needs to expand in that aspect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asana has a lot of features so it can seem overwhelming at first, so you need to learn how to use it and take your time. Once you have mastered the basics, you can start discovering, integrating and customizing, and you will see that it is a vital tool for everyday use.
