Asana is not really user friendly for new users since it provides ton of features which make them confused. The other thing is that it lacks exporting functionality so you can bring the data outside the app.

It has a great interface and is really easy to use. It is easy to create custom templates that adapt to the characteristics of our projects. Defining the start and end time of the tasks, helps to have a better control of the fulfillment of the project phases. It allows you to set those in charge of specific tasks, so that you are easily identified. It has the useful advantage of performing advanced searches. It has the tag function to group related tasks from multiple projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has a learning curve, which can be reduced if you add documentation and it also needs to incorporate a quick access chat to communicate some detail in a simple and personalized way.
