the free version is very powerful.

What do you dislike most about this product?
the most powerful features, like the timeline view and custom fields, are only available on the paid plans.

In-app chat makes it easy to talk to people
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana's in-app chat is better than Discord for task-oriented conversations because it keeps lines related to work. It's my digital meeting place for quick syncs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can talk about jobs like "fix UI bug" in-app chat without leaving Asana. I can @mentione for answers, just to keep things tight.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The free plan only lets you chat, and it doesn't include rich media like GIFs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
No need to switch apps for job chats with Asana's in-app chat.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy
- Client Friendly Policies

Rules make my to-do list do itself
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana's rules beat idea for automating jobs that are done over and over, with triggers that save clicks. It's my computer robot to get things done quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Rules move jobs automatically from "approved" to "done" or assign them based on tags, such as "urgent." I can set my own triggers, which makes processes easier. Our team stays up to date on rule changes thanks to the Slack app.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Users who pay $13.49 a month get rules, but free users don't get any.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For automation, Asana's rules are a boost to work.
