What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

What I really like about Asana that I use is managing customer feedback and filtering it to the appropriate department. It helps us track the ticket opened by the customer and track the progress of the ticket. The Gantt chart allows us to plan a project effectively as we can visualize the activities associated with the project. The resource area has unlimited size that we can add to the project and see which project is reliable or can be assigned to the resource. For us it is clearly a matter of maintaining an overview of all projects being executed at the same time, clearly defining responsibilities and setting deadlines for achieving.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Overall, Asana is one of the most comprehensive project management systems I have tested and used. Increasing our effectiveness in planning and tracking project progress is not a problem with Asana. Delivering a complex project is possible using the Kanban method so that we can carefully plan the project with visual aids. Notifications can be used to be informed about changes/updates on individual tasks or projects, or when pre-set milestones have been reached via email. What do you dislike most about this product?

There are not many disadvantages to using Asana. The function is well built and responds very well to my needs to complete my project and my daily task. The only thing that needs to be improved is the video tutorial. There are some functions that are not covered in the video tutorial.Asana offers all relevant functions within the scope we use.
