Connects my team's workflow to project goals

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
I tend to believe that Asana has the most comprehensive integrations of every project management application, I have utilised. Using Asana is a plus for me, because I integrated it with key software applications I utilise regularly at work. From experience, integrating Asana with other software applications helps to extend the functionalities of Asana by creating newer use cases. As an example, integrating Asana with Slack allows my team members get instant Slack notifications whenever a task is modified on Asana.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Asana's user interface is easy to understand and navigate, even for newbies. The most important features are listed on the left hand side of the screen , and the available tabs at the top of the screen makes my navigation simplified, with the option to temporarily hide them. I can always customise the look of my dashboard to emphasize features or functionalities I use often. All of the aforementioned makes Asana a straightforward software solution to use for me.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I find the mobile app not very useful. This is a result of the large disparity in functionality between Asana's features on desktop web and available features on mobile application.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a software application, I will readily adopt if I am leading a project team.
Pros
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Security Protects
Cons
- Less Inspiring
