The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
The mobile version of Asana is fairly well developed and optimized, but it doesn't fit many of the tools that I personally consider paramount, or at least in my case, required them to allow us to provide commentary and information on conversations. we had with customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I admire most about this product is that Asana allows our team to be organized. Generally we use it to support marketing and testing of new technical documents and case studies that are still being built.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Since adopting the use of Asana, we haven't found a product that fails because it can produce the novel sections and then set up rules to automatically defer an issue / once certain criteria are met.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We have the opportunity to recommend and Asana that this product has a unique feature that allows us to do all our work ourselves, as well as the Rules feature that allows us to automate some of the manual steps mentioned; However, the fraction of rules that can be generated is limited.

I love Asana!

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
I love how it easy it is to navigate, add tasks, delegate tasks or projects and the documentation tracker features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My tea and I have been using this for months and we're loving it. We can see what other's have on their to-do list and add something.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't think I have anything I dislike at the moment.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's fairly easy to navigate, don't be afraid to use all features as they can be extremely useful.

Easy to use but severely lacking features

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
It is really easy to get it set up and using it. The interface is beautiful as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The UX design
What do you dislike most about this product?
It was not possible to easily assign two people parts of a task. Made for a lot of duplicate tasks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it out and see if it works for you before committing. I do not recommend it for larger organizations.
