What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Ease of use, excellent task management features, easy integration with email and other products, broad industry use, good notifications. We use Asana with agile project management and it is a good fit for managing sprints.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Simple task management and sharing. I can set up a project/sprint and assign tasks very quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Pricing structure does not scale. As we add users, there is no discount, and it forces us to use other products for some people at our company. We have to ration our licenses. Sales experience is terrible - it took three weeks to add licenses so that people who needed access could get it. It is functionally an outstanding product, but the sales and support just are not there.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's going to work really well for task management or sprint-based projects. You should be careful, however, to fully explore the long term costs as the number of people who need access grows. It is not the right tool for project portfolio management, it is more for the tactical management of individual projects.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana is useful and beneficial software for project management, bug tracking and submission of forms to the corresponding project, it allows to act on each problem that is reported by email or chat, as well as improve communication, reduce costs and save weather.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Like Asana enables task, project, and task management, as well as progress tracking, team communication, customizable views, and team collaboration and management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Asana has all the features you'll need to plan, collaborate, and execute successful projects, regardless of their complexity, and the scope lets you get the job done quickly and smoothly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
