What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana has been around for years. I used it from its very early days and it has continued to evolve ever since. It's not the only project software I use, but when I do need it, it's because of certain features that other products I use don't have. One example (at the time of writing) is it's desktop app version. This keeps focus in the right place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The user interface has changed a lot over the years and gets friendlier every time. As long as an app does what it says on the tin, then the user interface becomes it's most important feature. If it makes it easier to use, then it's faster and better for the user.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The omnibutton is great, I love the concept, and once you know what it does, you never need to be reminded again. But perhaps it could be made more obvious what it does.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asana does so much more than you see at first glance. I recommend reading through the documentation first to get the most from it.

Nothing to be sincere. Asana has been the best.
