What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

I frequently use Asana, but I must confess that I also use other project management tools such as Microsoft Project, among them I can make a difference or an outstanding comparison, such as the number of Asana integrations that facilitate work when integrating with applications What: JIRA Cloud Asana for Salesforce Integromat Mailbird Blockspring scripts Zoho Cliq While Microsoft Project integrates with: Power BI Pro Office add-ins Skype Office 365 OneDrive

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Communication: Asana allows communication in real time and links it to projects and teams for everyone to follow up. There is a space for project and team conversations and status updates that use colors to track progress. Project Management: Use Asana to manage projects from start to finish. Teams can organize projects, divide work into manageable chunks, show additional steps to complete general tasks, view milestones to measure and share progress, assign tasks to specific members, specify due dates and times regardless of time zones, and attach files and documents from the desktop or application itself.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asana does not offer Scrum support

Asana is a cloud-based task management software product that helps companies organize projects, assign tasks, communicate, and collaborate in real time. It is suitable for all sizes of businesses handling multiple projects simultaneously. Its features encompass document management, task assignment, a mobile app, dashboards, collaboration tools, a customer portal, and management and reporting.

Great UI for task management Great with integrations with several of our products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Love the dashboards and holistic view of our progress and pending tasks Document management is seamless push notifications and reports are very easy

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unable to assign a task to multiple folks No way to track time / hours spent working on it Very difficult to assign tasks to repeat tasks

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try out trial with your team to finalize the purchase, it might be suitable for some teams but not for all
