What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Haven't used too many other similar products but what I can say from my use is that it is very integral in track my teams performance as a whole as well as individually. Makes it very easy to monitor and track KPIs within my team and helps me makes decisions accordingly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Task prioritization is my favourite aspect. It is very effective and straightforward.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can't complain about the software at all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely worth giving a try if you are leading a team or need to track individual performance.

Asana integrates task management and project tracking, making it more structured than Trello and easier to use than Microsoft Project.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The new Portfolios tool lets you manage multiple projects under one roof and see progress.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Smaller teams or solo users may find its many features and complexity too much.

Great for groups who desire structure and flexibility in project management.
