What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
With Asana I have been able to eliminate many cons that did not allow me to progress efficiently in my work, with Asana now I can manage projects, always maintaining an organization, communicate with my work team to carry out projects, tasks and subtasks, I also used it as an organizer of daily tasks, this helps me to always be aware of my responsibilities, Asana is a very simple, straightforward and easy-to-use software, the quality of this tool is impressive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Asana is a project manager that has various functions to satisfy the needs of every user, it is not only a project manager since it also works as an organizer and a communication manager, because you can communicate through chat and messaging with your work team. With Asana you can create lists of tasks, meetings and create a follow-up, carry out projects in teams at small and large scales, it not only allows you to create a project since you can create as many projects as you want, and to those projects add tasks and subtasks, you can share documents and files through chat.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing that I can dislike about Asana because it is a project manager that has endless functions that help develop projects, thus always maintaining organization and being more efficient.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Because he is an excellent project manager, Asana helps both small and large companies to maintain an organization, a development and an excellent progress in all projects

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
*In terms of flexibility, Asana outperforms other task management software available nowadays. *Asana allows tasks to be distributed fairly thanks to the workload tool. *It is efficient with teams of any size *Mobile application that allows you to work as if you were on your laptop. *Reporting *Integrations with popular and daily use software
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is an excellent collaboration tool, which simplifies the process of working on a project with more people in real time, with intuitive features where we can perform a wide range of administrative operations in progress or long term, keep track with reports, control panels, document management, high customization of the workspace where you can even configure the type of view of your tasks and activities. Integrations with applications such as DropBox, Slack, Outlook, among many others that give that professional and complete plus.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In my experience contacting customer service is not that easy, and for newbies this can be a problem if they need support. But, at least it has an active community, blog and forums where you can learn a little more and solve some doubts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Depending on the needs of your projects Asana has different plans and prices for commercial and enterprise performance, (the free version works well but is not enough if you plan to implement it in a medium/large work team and with more robust operation) I would not say it is an expensive software if you see the relationship between the benefits and security of the work activities you manage with Asana.
