What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana saves the tedious process of instructing each worker on what to do, I can easily organize tasks and ideas so team members know how to proceed. We can collaborate at any time, without limitations. It also has an excellent UI, I love the calendar view, I can track deadlines and the most important goals, mark tasks as completed and create them. It is a very comprehensive, complete and secure tool to work with.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It needs more integrations that can be linked with the software, it needs to expand in that aspect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asana has a lot of features so it can seem overwhelming at first, so you need to learn how to use it and take your time. Once you have mastered the basics, you can start discovering, integrating and customizing, and you will see that it is a vital tool for everyday use.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana has a lot of potential and resources to be used in large enterprise projects, with more recurrent and complex workflow, and that is very favorable over other work tools. There is no confusion and tasks do not get lost among each other. You can choose the task visualization mode, calendar or list type. It's more flexible. Within groups, sub-tasks can be formed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We are quite happy to implement Asana to our work, as it helps us to manage activities and responsibilities in a more orderly and reliable way. Each user in my team has a well-defined role and job description when collaborating on a project. It is very visually appealing. It is also a good tool for startups. Planning with Asana is very easy as well as tracking. I like the customer service. This aspect is not something crucial in the software but it is stimulating; when you complete a task you get a celebratory animation, it's nice.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asana has so many features and configuration options that there is definitely a learning curve, but that's actually not so bad, there are many Asana training videos and the customer service is very good.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My experience with this software has been pretty good, it's not perfect, but it is one of the best for managing teamwork, so I recommend it to everyone who needs order in their activities and features that boost productivity.
