What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

The demands of my work and activities are very high, which is why it is essential to have the help of a program that helps me manage each of my projects successfully. Asana has been the ideal program to solve this area, since that this program offers us a great amount to manage my work and the order of collaboration among my entire work group, this program has taken me to a new level and development of work, this thanks to the dates and assignments that this program handles for that the activities are carried out correctly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have to accept that before I had the help of Asana every one of my work processes and activities was a disaster, but now I am fascinated with the mastery and control that this program has given me in my area of work, to which What I mean is that this program integrates schedules and work boards that allow us to have an improved flow and rhythm of work in each of the projects and subjects that my work presents to us, as well as this program also has the intelligence and power of automate some of these processes repetitively successfully and simplify the workload.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I really wish this program would allow me to assign the activities to more than one user for each section or project, since this unfortunately keeps me limited to other coworkers, on the other hand, I have to mention how complicated it can be For inexperienced users, copying or duplicating each of the projects that are executed by this means will take a long time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I am very sure to recommend this program, this is one of the best tools that you can implement in your department to improve the quality and infrastructure of your work, Asana is a stand-alone program that offers its users to facilitate the work response and improve the quality with which the work is developed through order and new digital functions to collaborate between users to fulfill the same work purpose.

Ability to replicate for projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can get extremely detailed, and lose the forest for the trees.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try on a small project, and think about scaling. Be sure to consider setting up so repetitive projects can be replicated.
