What is AutoCAD?

AutoCAD is computer-aided design (CAD) software that is used for precise 2D and 3D drafting, design, and modeling with solids, surfaces, mesh objects, documentation features, and more. It includes features to automate tasks and increase productivity such as comparing drawings, counting, adding objects, and creating tables. It also comes with seven industry-specific toolsets for electrical design, plant design, architecture layout drawings, mechanical design, 3D mapping, adding scanned images, and converting raster images. AutoCAD enables users to create, edit, and annotate drawings via desktop, web, and mobile devices.

Easy to use coding commands. Easily export blueprints for production. Well known and trusted software.

Ability to quickly draft a design and export it for production

Takes time to learn the various features but once learned very easy to use

Research various techniques to get the most out of the software and be more efficient

Only for 2d we can use .. Means mostly suitable for 2d

For layout design it is best software. And 2d related work

What differentiates AutoCAD from other similar products?

Using this softwares from years and comfortable to use as it gives you updated version time to time and henceforth fullfill all the requirements from existing software also. From PL, to hatch and till all details, everything is there with ease of use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Creating 2d and 3d designs, drafting and annotations, collaborating and sharing are some of my favourite aspects

What do you dislike most about this product?

3d module can be improved. Rest all things I like..

I would love to recommend this to everyone
