Automated job processing on a timer.

Training could be more intuitive.

Make sure it will handle the scripting that you need done, and that you understand the training (or lack thereof).

FTP file transfers, with layers of security are managed well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lack of engagement in end user or super-user forums. It would be great if the knowledge base(s) were more indepth or broader.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Suggest you work with HelpSystems to capitalize on your investment and for full benefits. While right-sized, there are more benefits than what you see on the surface.
