What differentiates Automate from other similar products?
Fortra's Automate is a great program that we use to link it to our work and facilitate the completion of some of the most annoying and repetitive tasks on my system. I am very happy because this is one of the programs with the best intelligence and few limitations to perform these processes that help me a lot to carry out my work step by step without mistakes, the trick of this brilliant program is to create and implement multiple software robots so that they can smoothly carry out those activities and processes within my system and significantly increase the speed with which is operated within my company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are many things that I like about this program, one of them is the great benefits it gives to my work, such as reducing lost work hours, since with the help of this powerful program I have a much more effective work performance and I stand out for completing my work projects in record time and making mistakes, Fortra's Automate has become one of the protagonists of my work due to the tray of options it has to automate and manage the codes and data of my work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the problems we have had with the program has to do with its limitations when it comes to being compatible and automating certain applications. There are few third-party systems that can work perfectly with the help of this program. At this point, there are others. Similar programs on the market that are more open and compatible with many more programs or applications.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is one of the programs that I like to recommend the most to perfect any workflow, since this program is designed to create robots that help complete complex activities for any type of user, Fortra's Automate is one of the best programs of automation on the market for its efficiency and administrative functions, I recommend it 100% for its good quality and support for a long time on my workstation.

Check it out if you have a lot of manual jobs that require monitoring and/or if your shop lacks documentation of processes and procedures. This tool is great for both.

I haven't seen other products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Intuitiveness
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be ornery sometimes when running an automate script. Some of the steps just don't want to do as they're told.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look for good support. Forta has good support, with knowledgeable and personable people who are prompt at answering support requests. I might like the training to be more of a question answering forum though. Basic operations can be learned through a video. If I'm spending time with live support, I might prefer using the time to address items specific to my organization and implementation.
