What differentiates Automate from other similar products?

We only use it for the FTP aspect, so comparing it to other FTP software products it is far superior.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Debugger, by far. Great job!!!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Run on Windows, Therefore we forced to reboot the server at least monthly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Many different uses. There are enough options, that you can do just about anything you need to.

We have used a version of Automate for over 20 years, so not sure what other similar products may offer.

Automated job processing on a timer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Training could be more intuitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure it will handle the scripting that you need done, and that you understand the training (or lack thereof).
