What differentiates Automate from other similar products?

Rapid, robotic process automation with lots of useful functionality and easy-to-use drag-and-drop GUI.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's easy to use, has lots of practical functionality to quickly create jobs to handle day-to-day mundane tasks. I like to use it to control other programs and website screenscraping to download data. Also, it's great for file drops and processing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's expensive. Maintenance and support annual upgrades are expensive too.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it out. See if it will meet your needs and is worth the price to pay vs. if able to develop custom or via other means and compare value. Wish there were options to buy a basic package and then pay per add-on service as needed. We probably don't use 70% of the functionality in the product. Also if there was an option of pay per service to cut down on cost for annual maintenance would be nice too.
