What differentiates Automate from other similar products?

OCR and the ability to imitate user mouse movements, they are very impressive. Especially with the ability to imitate user mouse movements, you can entegrate and manage as you wish any browsers, desktop application and more. So it is easy to establish dialog among of anything on your environment. The ability to drag and drop, codeless coding are most striking features. Many triggers types are available.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to imitate user mouse movements, It is very impressive. It is a matchless solution to be able to stream data from public websites, b2b sites or an external organization's websites (e-commerce, finance, etc.), accelerate, control and scale your business routine.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't had a negative experience so far. Because it is really very easy for implementation and configuration. First of all, you need to identify the point for RPA. Then you can start to configration. OCR has currently has limited language options. For example: Turkish is not available but in roadmap. HelpSystems helps their customers build a better IT, they focus on two key areas: Security & Automation. RPA is KEY to their automation suite on HelpSystems. So they are constantly improving themselves in this area.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A corporate organizations definitely have an RPA solution. Because that kind of organizations has complicated systems and business routine. RPA fixes their business routine and provides cost saving end of the day. Service quality, process improvements in a business routine, ROI, new opportunities (because workload balancing will be occured and people will figure out the tasks in a confort and become a time to think about for new ideas); all similar things are benefit for the companies and people with RPA that is surely.
