What differentiates Automate from other similar products?

I've always used automate products. I have done testing with other solutions and I always go back to automate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

working 24/7 without having to do any work once a job is built and setup.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't care much for the reports as they can take a bit to load if you have a lot of workflows.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ease of use and great support.

Easy to use once you understand its limitations and intricacies.

Upgrade process is terrible. Requires complete uninstall and reinstall (configuration is saved).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a clear understanding of your requirements and individual licenses available.
