What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?

Automation anywhere's architecture itself completely different from other products. Here we have AAv10, AAv11.x comes under desktop tool for development and control room as web based interface. And also we have A360/A2019 - Latest version of automation anywhere it's a complete web based application where we can develop our code and deployment of code can be done in a single place. Also the IQBot functionality it's too good comparing the results which we will get from other tool is not that good when comparing with Automation anywhere

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Definitely the user interface for developers is good and we have linear design, flowchart design and hybrid design. Next one we can easily leverage .net with the help of dll actions and metabots in v11. Rolebased access is again a good approach in respective to privacy and security.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Being IQBot is one of my favorite feature in Automation anywhere but it also has it's small bugs like when the size of input file is large it's getting into queue for longer time and because of that the other learning instances are not getting processed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely anyone who wanted to get started as their first RPA tool definitely can go for this tool. But only one problem here the license cost of the product is bit pricey, if you have the enough budget in your hand definitely can go for it and the Automation Anywhere's support team is there for you to guide in any perspective across 24/7.

Automation Anywhere RPA is a technology that has grown in effectiveness and use for us over time; we are constructing automations and mining data to detect defects and address problems. Run bots every time a new applicant joins, and send the results to the Manager, we were hoping to streamline our procedures when we discovered Automation Anywhere RPA, It was the finest thing that could have occurred because we achieved excellent results while saving time and money.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are pre-existing bots in many departments that we can quickly install and start our project with; the setup procedure is simple when compared to other RPA bots. Although using Automation Anywhere takes some technical knowledge, coding skills are not necessary, I appreciate that the learning curve is short. I also like that its UI and capabilities allow for easy automation, finally, its reporting is excellent and provides me with a clear picture of each operation. Bots work, which is fantastic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When it comes to integrating Automation Anywhere with 3rd party programs, there are some restrictions; occasionally, the results from excel sheets and image files are inaccurate; the license cost for small businesses can be high; and as freelancers, we are occasionally dissatisfied with some automations that are more complex and it is challenging to avoid mistakes that can harm the entire project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Charts, sets, and other types of parameters cannot be shown using the dialogue box; only Chord parameters are permitted. Unfortunately, OCR cannot be used for document automation since complex documents constantly undergo approval.
