I recommend "Automation Anywhere" to any company that wants to automate its processes and boost its business performance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We usually give our clients the freedom to choose from the world's leading automation software, I have tried almost all of the software tools in the past, and nothing as powerful as the ones from IBM in Automation. until I found the most powerful combination of all time with Automation Anywhere and IBM Robotic Process Automation with IBM Business Automation Workflow Processes the combination could be when integrating Automation Anywhere with compared to this one.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our team thought that creating a business bot was a low-code environment where people with basic coding knowledge could apply their abilities to make a functional chatbot, but we were wrong! One example of this is when we tried using basic coding skills to build our first chatbot. We would end up in all kinds of trouble whenever our developers tried to create something using the technical language they had been using within the Code Anywhere platform. However, when we saw how experienced coders approached things differently and utilized the services from Code Anywhere, things became noticeably easier than it initially was for us.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Automation Anywhere is a fantastic solution for automating monotonous chores; it features the most user-friendly interface that is easily customized. It has saved us time and helped my team to operate more efficiently. I can never stop working because of its mobile application, and my complete staff can easily communicate with clients. I will like its interaction with other applications, which has made data drag and drop simple. If you have a large workload and want your staff to cooperate on a single platform so that they may work remotely as well, I believe Automation Anywhere is the best solution for you.

What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?

We use AA to create bots for multiple departments in a business-to-business industry. The bots have helped out multiple departments streamline their day-to-day operations. We have reduced the time taken to perform mundane tasks and we can perform these tasks at any time of the day, which was not possible before. The best part is that we can schedule the bots to run at any time of the day and they can run multiple times a day, making them a very useful tool. Automation Anywhere is the best software I've used recently to help me automate my workflow, saving me thousands of hours.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite Automation Anywhere feature and most powerful capability is their very special and intelligent IQ Bot, which I deploy in almost every department and business unit in the organization. It's the greatest virtual assistant that deserves to be called a true digital employee of all time, with extensive capabilities to handle any number of repetitive and time-consuming tasks and processes easily and with a high level of performance and accuracy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

An additional OCR mode is something that would be welcome as the ability to enter text in a precise way. A thin client interface can always be improved, and other tasks could also be automated using panels and task editors. There isn't much to criticize concerning AA right now, the new UI in Automation anywhere's cloud version looks big though - like a word processing software. The debugger has too few options and it would have been better if it made the code more readable. Because of how large the text editor is, when used on bigger monitors, it was difficult to browse through longer pieces of code.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Automation Anywhere provided solutions to my issues with automating our business processes and made it possible to use their Cloud-based intelligent automation platform so that I could have the best of the AI revolution with all the benefits of cloud computing. I've used the Enterprise and Advanced packages to achieve my automation goals and it saved me a lot of time and money, which I will be using for my next project. I was confused about which software was the best for my business needs. I spent hours comparing different software options. Then I found Automation Anywhere.

We are using Automation Anywhere across all our departments ,the bots help us in automate basic processes beside reducing manual works and save alot of time ,Also besides the command centre which allows us to monitor bots availability beside the excel commands and control room Dashboards

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mobile application is very useful to use beside the variety for extracting data from different platforms and availability to share it even through emails

The interface need some enhancements for ease of use but the rest of features working great
