What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?
It has robust bots that ease all sorts of business automations such as workflow and marketing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that Automation Anywhere helps me to automate alomost 80% of sales and marketing obligations. Workflow automation is another thing that I like too.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Automation Anywhere is overwhelming to customize all features on it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To consult the vendor customer success team in case they encounter issues cuatomizing AA.

What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?
It is a simple and accurate tool that allows to automate cumbersome and extensive tasks, improves the performance of employees who use it because it is very easy to create bots and put them to perform the required task.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Because it is so easy to create bots with this platform, it saves me time that I can spend on more complex and important tasks. It has a website with many videos and guides to get you started.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Image recognition can be poor at times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
What should be done when adopting this tool is a quick training of the staff, in our company time was dedicated and the online videos helped to make more and more employees interested in its use.
