It alerts pretty frequently; it would be wonderful to have SMS notifications as well in the near future.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its cloud-based architecture and simple deployment. I spent hours getting the gadgets from another vendor to function; I understand this. I can view anything that is linked to my network. Auvik also informs me of any restrictions.

It's competitively priced but falls short of what some market leaders offer in terms of features. It took me a while to set up all my devices for Auvik access, but it's not really Auvik's fault. I've also gotten a few bogus bugs that need investigation, but I'm pretty sure these are just setup/teasing issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Auvik provides real-time updates so your team can act proactively and save us from unnecessary downtime and data loss. I've used similar services in the past but found Auvik to be less intrusive regarding hardware resources.
