What differentiates Avaya Cloud Office from other similar products?

When I was working at Tech Mahindra, we used the Avaya Deskphone along with the Avaya One-X software. This way both the deskphone and the software are integrated to each other with a configuration number. Unlike other products, this is seamless and working without any issues. All it needs is internet and an assigned license.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I could dial any country from the phone and internal directories as well. The software is too good!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The login option method is time taking.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Continue to improve the application please.

What differentiates Avaya Cloud Office from other similar products?

The interesting thing about avaya is its ease of use and excellent reporting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Kpis is the best I can get with Avaya results.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The high price of its licenses is the only obstacle we have, it must have adequate licenses for each type of company.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You should use it and you will achieve good numbers in all your areas where you want to implement it.
