What differentiates Avaza from other similar products?

A software that I found very comprehensive, because not only can I manage all the activities of the project, supervise them and monitor that they are met on time, but I can also integrate my accounting software to generate in one place, invoices, payments and all the accounting area of the project.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with different software such as Quickbooks online, Dropbox, google drive, which makes it easy to jump from one software to another. Everything is centralized in Avaza. This tool also has a dynamic chat, which allows team members to interact and send important information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be overwhelming for some people, especially when integrating other tools. Its learning curve is high, so it takes time and dedication to take advantage of all the program's features. I have problems when uploading a file via chat, it really takes time to upload and download them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a highly efficient program that helps to be aware of each stage of the project, time and resources. I recommend it for those companies that want to have all the functions and departments centralized and thus be able to see with precision, each step of the project.

What differentiates Avaza from other similar products?

It is a powerful online organization project control software. For small start-ups, the price of the software is perfect, and it has good communication tools and easy-to-use Gantt charts. More, when I need help, the staff will always serve me quickly. It can also be easily integrated with email and PayPal.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Avaza has improved our time tracking efficiency. More, this software provides us with excellent products at reasonable prices. This program is very helpful for all companies. It also lets us manage internal and external projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The repetitive tasks of the tool are currently a bit clumsy. Time entry and reporting need to be improved. More, the vast majority of projects are arranged on a fixed fee basis.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a good choice for project management which will definitely be beneficial for you.
