Avaza is unique among other programs in that, in comparison to all of the other available choices, not only does it have the greatest price, but it also has the best features for our business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Avaza has been simplified, so it is easy to use and available to everybody. Their invoicing system is user-friendly, and it integrates smoothly with Quickbooks to keep our records in order, which hasn't always been the case with other solutions. And their support staff is superb; I've brought them some difficult issues, and they've gone above and beyond to help me out. They are kind and patient, even when I ask the most basic inquiries, and they avoid using unnecessary technical jargon to explain things to me. We researched other options, but Avaza's features and responsive support staff clinched the deal.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there was a way to do a search in external contacts without having to start at the beginning with the whole name's spelling.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend the product because the pricing is quite reasonable. This is fantastic news, as the price was the primary factor in our decision to not continue using Monday.com following the conclusion of their free trial.

Avaza offers the best of its project management features. With just a few clicks I can set deadlines, priorities and create new tasks for my team. In addition, I can share files, photos and videos to my team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that it has helped our team in collaboration. We can discuss and comment on tasks to keep everyone on the loop. Also, I can reply to task notifications on my email to save time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, Avaza has been very efficient in helping us to manage projects. There is nothing to dislike about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an excellent tool. With just a simple drag and drop, you can edit and schedule assignments. It also helps us to manage resources allocated to each of our projects.

That offers superior functionality at a lower cost than similar offerings from the competition.

Because Avaza allows me to avoid doing the same things over and over, it has greatly improved my ability to manage my many projects and activities.

For me, Avaza has been a good experience thus far because I haven't had any negative reactions to it and it has helped me with whatever I've needed.
