What differentiates AWS Systems Manager from other similar products?

Reduced team's time spent on EC2 management and Patch management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Copy files to a group of instances with a particular tag Enable CW agent and push metrics to CW Easy to install the software in a group of instances.

What do you dislike most about this product?

UI is a bit confusing initially

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's good when you have a process running in AWS that needs to copy files to a group of instances as part of the process and install software on a group of machines. Also while adding a Cloudwatch agent to the instance.
