What differentiates AWS Systems Manager from other similar products?

The contact support is one of the best for me and the way they respond is very quick and very effective.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It features a maintenance window that ensures installing patches, updates or making other configuration changes does not disrupt business-critical operations. Its state manager functionality helps to monitor the configuration of a large set of instances, specify a configuration policy and automatically apply updates or configuration changes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This product has a lot of great features and services so far no dislikes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Based on how reliable and handy the features of this software are in the IT departments I would recommend it.

What differentiates AWS Systems Manager from other similar products?

The features that make EC2 different from other similar products in the market are that it is easy to use and automate, it is very reliable, improves the controls and visibility, and saves a lot of time. It can easily be used to manage hybrid environments. System managers give a clean interface which makes ts handling much more easy and friendly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of this product is that I can remotely access machines from the AWS console itself.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing that I dislike is that it lacks 3rd party extensions and supports.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, surely if someone is considering this product they should definitely try this once they will surely find it very helpful.
