It is a one stop solution for everything when it comes to manage you software team .. starting from planning .. until testing and releasing the product! 1. Manage process and ALM 2. Manage work items (epics / user stories / tasks / bugs) 3. Manage your code repositories that may be multiple per one project which is great! 4. Integrated build pipeline with lots and lots of integrations with other cloud solutions like AWS and for sure Azure! 5. Integrated release pipeline with lots and lots of ways on how to customize your release plan and when you want to release. Be a web or mobile app .. it is at your rescue
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That I don't need to use other products to compliments a missing feature or something. All in one box .. all integrated seamlessly .. no hassle which makes me focus more at the task at hand.

Great for enterprise development!
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Azure DevOps from other similar products?
Relatively intuitive integration with various source versioning platforms, like Git and TFVC. Easy pipeline creation and management, with lots of third-party and in-house action widgets for building, releasing, and deploying to almost any platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's all online, yet you can tie into on-prem systems for builds and deployments if necessary. It works with many existing professional and enterprise level software, but it also is improving to work with newer technologies.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the deployment or build services fails if using the cloud-based ones, which is just par for the course of using online systems. We mitigate this, however, with using our own, on-prem build servers, and some on-prem deployment servers, though we do have some VMs in Azure that work well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're going for software development, only consider this if your team/company is relatively big enough to justify the cost. DevOps is still a bit pricey, but you do get a lot out if it.
Pros
- Enables Productivity
- Altruistic
- Helps Innovate
- Performance Enhancing
Cons
- Security Frustrates
- Slower Product Innovation
- Less Reliable
