What differentiates Azure DevOps from other similar products?
Azure Devops offers a complete suite of features, testing, repo management, task boards, pipelines, artifacts, testing plans. Using Azure Devops is like going to a big supermarket while other products are like going to small stores

It is not very easy to use but once you find your way around it becomes easier.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It has a steep learning curve, so you need to do a lot of learning. Also be sure to know how to set up so as not to incure unnecessary costs.
