Its fulfil the need user-friendly interface and customisable features also track the record track the application
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Time management’s also the approval criteria and tracking system and the best feature is onboarding and off-boarding
What do you dislike most about this product?
To closing IT Asset tasks sometime its stuck on the user end and other person unable to close the task.

The simplicity and the UI/UX stands out. Having used other legacy software the simplicity and straight forward approach is important to me.

The ease of use, truly let's the user get what they need to do in a short time period.

Would be open to seeing more integrations/ updates to stay competitive with other startups that are now entering the space.
