It was a better investment and strategy to switch to BambooHR as it offers better service than the previous software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This Software offers human resources tools that make our work easier and more bearable, so we can focus on another area that needs our presence, as it allows us to track, manage data and employee information, thus providing a complete report to bosses, employees will be able to enter, make some changes by themselves, from an application that they can have on their mobile. We employees can group them according to their work categories, carry out inventories, information, follow-up of employees and their work, payroll and signed documents, among other things, it facilitates our communication, maintaining order and efficiency in our company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing that I dislike is that the vacancy wait disappears and it is somewhat difficult to visualize it, for the rest I am satisfied with BambooHR.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The software allows you to configure the needs of employees, no matter where you are. Save and configure data with easy access, hiring system, reports, payroll and incorporation, all in a single Software, with easy management and access, either in app or desktop. We save time, money and space in manual writing, offering better development and organization.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

Once a business has grown to a specific limit, maintaining excel sheets become very hectic to get rid of all the sheets BambooHR was one of the best options out there. The tools help keep management well informed so that they have all they key details about all the employees at all times. Payroll integrative makes the tool very reliable for financial portfolio.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tool help to create a single lifecycle for an employee weather you are hiring, onboarding, making comparative team and individual analysis. It helps provide insight on some of your important assets and ensure progressive analytics of all employees. The user interface is very flexible and can be modified as per user’s requirement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The management system is only limited to SMEs as you are unable to assign multiple roles for managers. It also lacks in Board of governors as some company’s owners are not in the board. There are also some limitations on front end as some features cannot be modified as per requirement.

I would highly recommend this product i loved it its very easy to use.

It is one of the best platforms to manage your entire company, interviews, your employees, performance, tasks, select the right staff and create a greater workflow and better collaboration with all employees, it has allowed our organization to create better tracking of vacations, absences, time, applicants and all staff turnover, it is excellent for creating reports, statistics and analysis.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a wide range of functions that offers to create a follow-up of all the activities and a security analysis in your organization, without a doubt the best human resources platform, which can be used through the cloud, has all the functions and essential features for the realization and creation of a wide database, of all employees, allows us to manage all calendars, comments, all employees, interviews and evaluations, allows us to create a better workflow and manage all payroll and all our company staff.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike so far, it's one of the best platform for creating all different portals for your employees, it's a great platform for HR and all employees, it provides them with great functions and features, by means of which can manage all payroll, records and human resources, BambooHR is one of the best software that is secure and very easy to use, it has really been quite an excellent experience for our organization, it has allowed us to maintain productivity and perform better from our workflow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it to store all the important documents of the organization and employees, thanks to its breadth of functions it allows us to collect and organize all the necessary information of the employees, to increase productivity and efficiency in our organization, it is an excellent platform that It has an incredible library of content and a wide variety of webinars.
