What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This software is of great help to us in the company for the human resources department, with tracking operation and administration of personal data of employees, thus saving us much more time thanks to the personalized information system. Employees can self-manage their profile through a mobile application, obtaining the executives an accurate report of the employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When the employees leave their position, it would be amazing if it shows the vacancy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With BambooHR everything has been very easy, our wild card for all our human resources needs, whether for employees or managers, since it offers us the functions for our employee tracking and approval. Having access from anywhere and any mobile device, desktop or laptop.

BambooHR is better than other programs because it is easy to use, it also has many features and the user experience is very friendly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As a time-tracking tool, this is just what I needed. Allows workers to request time off using the mobile app, and you can see who's off for the day and the month at a glance with notifications. In addition, BambooHR is ideal for keeping personnel information organized, since there is no need for paper files, and data can be accessed at a look. You can rapidly run reports on just about everything you could need to know. Customer service is another strong suit of BambooHR. It's convenient to be able to receive answers to my questions right away thanks to the chat option.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's nothing about it that I don't enjoy. With all of the changes they're making, I'm excited to see what more is in store. Improved: The document storage part has been redesigned and is now simpler to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd say give BambooHR a go. Using it is a pleasure since it's attractive, interesting, and simple to use, plus the company provides excellent support and updates.

This software has a lot to offer HR professionals at a reasonable price. It's easy to use and comprehend because to the user-friendly layout. Even if the product is unable to perform the requested function, the customer support personnel is always quick to respond and helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Oversimplified features such as performance management are in need of a little further fleshing out. The payroll system they bought isn't quite as beautiful, but it works. While the deployment went well, there were a few hiccups during the first payroll cycle and benefit set-up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Compared to other possibilities, this is a great option for a small firm that is growing and has low expenses. Modules (payroll, performance) may be added as needed to allow for future growth.
