It was a very good decision to invest in BambooHr, it offers us better tools than the previous software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has beneficial tools for the human resources area, easy to use, adapts to changes in HR, one of the tools that has helped us the most when making payroll is TraxPayroll. With maximum security in the records of each employee, shared access only with the necessary people, which allows them to change or complete any information on their form, sign it online, without the need for printing or scanning, and from the comfort of your home or wherever it is, at the end it will be saved and safe. In addition, the customer service is very good, light and they always have the solution we are looking for.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile application takes time to load, and does not offer all the functions of the program.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With BambooHr you save time, paperwork and office space. It gives the option to send a reminder by email, to approve the time sheet and sign it, and when you do all of them, you are notified with a green check, thus making the start of the payroll easier and saving time with those approvals.

I think it's reporting features and deep visibility. Its advanced reporting and intelligent analytics allow us to quickly and easily get critical payroll summaries and statistics and the information and insights we get with this system are very hard to obtain with any other tool. It also allows us to eliminate paperwork and save money while also removing human errors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most about this system is that using this extremely customizable system we can automate employee onboarding and offboarding. We can also quickly exchange crucial documents and explain duties to our new and departing employees. Time-tracking options are also available to help us manage staff who are paid on an hourly basis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its custom calculation fields are already fantastic but also are confined when it comes to the job profile. Furthermore, the mobile application frequently takes an excessive amount of time to load and operate. The smartphone app does not include all of the functionality available in the web app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

BambooHR is best suited for middle-to-large-sized businesses having 1000 employees. The platform has expanded services and features to satisfy all company needs and benefit their HR management. It is also a handy and ideal tool for small corporations that pay their staff hourly.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

For payroll management, HR reports, attendance and leave, performance management among other features offered by BambooHR and ADP Workforce Now, we lean more towards bambooHr, better performance in all areas, in addition to offering a free version.

BambooHR is software that offers the necessary tools to manage human resources jobs in the company, being easier and faster. We can do tracking, management and information of employee data, achieving an exact and perfect report; we carry out inventories, payroll, and then send them to supervision. In addition, it allows us to gather employees according to their work category, favoring our work performance and order.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be very helpful to have an option that shows when a job or replacement is available.

BambooHR, offers a free plan, which meets most HR needs, In addition to working from anywhere, and available for mobile devices (Iphone, Ipad, android) Laptop, Pc and with access to various systems, such as Windows , among others.
