For payroll management, HR reports, attendance and leave, performance management among other features offered by BambooHR and ADP Workforce Now, we lean more towards bambooHr, better performance in all areas, in addition to offering a free version.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BambooHR is software that offers the necessary tools to manage human resources jobs in the company, being easier and faster. We can do tracking, management and information of employee data, achieving an exact and perfect report; we carry out inventories, payroll, and then send them to supervision. In addition, it allows us to gather employees according to their work category, favoring our work performance and order.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be very helpful to have an option that shows when a job or replacement is available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

BambooHR, offers a free plan, which meets most HR needs, In addition to working from anywhere, and available for mobile devices (Iphone, Ipad, android) Laptop, Pc and with access to various systems, such as Windows , among others.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

Requesting vacation or sick leave. I can immediately and clearly see my advantages. I may also utilize the directories or the organizational charts to contact anybody in my company. It's also convenient to be able to do self-evaluation and obtain quarterly feedback. It enables me to keep on the similar page as my management in terms of my productivity and areas wherein I may have to progress.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BambooHR simplifies major HR administrative tasks considerably quicker and less time demanding. The analyses are really simple to get, produce, and edit if necessary to obtain the data I want to make educated judgments and demonstrations. Personalization is as simple as contacting the support staff through phone or email, and they've always been a pleasure to deal with. Ultimately, I appreciate that BambooHR responds to my comments and loves making significant adjustments and upgrades.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Massive benefits registration in BambooHR would've been excellent. Right now, we can monitor enrollments, but workers can't finish the open registration procedure unless they include pdf papers for approvals, so it isn't a perfect option for us currently.

I appreciate that BambooHR responds to my comments and loves making significant adjustments and upgrades.

BambooHR has now became our one-stop destination for all matters HR. We have been able to integrate all of our personnel details, PTO monitoring, and policy and incentives documentation from paper records, spreadsheets, and PDFs into a one web-based resource.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BambooHR is really the leading SaaS provider of online human resource tools for small and med-sized organizations who have outgrew worksheets. BambooHR's cloud-based solution is an easy-to-use, low-cost approach for growing businesses to collect and manage critical personnel data in a tailored HR Information System (HRIS).

What do you dislike most about this product?

Maybe the only aspect I'd want to see is better incorporated time tracking functions. It integrates with third-party services, however a real time clock interface straight with BambooHR would've been fantastic.
