What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
BambooHR has helped us with the smooth preparation of payroll for each of our employees without the need for any errors thanks to the implementation of ATS as it allows us to build a better strength in our team.It is the best human resources platform on the market right now thanks to its accurate implementation of data in the registry. We have been able to manage each payroll quickly and boldly and all our clients remain confident and confident that the work will be done quickly and excellently.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
BambooHR shows very diverse dynamics in terms of human talent management, which gives us a wide variety of administrative operations of employees, such as the ability to make reports of multiple types of formats, or the possibility of sharing them through various external services, in case they are required in other departments
What do you dislike most about this product?
BambooHR does not have sampling tools during the registration and attendance processes at the recruitment stages, so that the files of newly graduated employees never have enough information to avoid having to communicate with them again at the beginning of the first days.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
BambooHR has one of the best capabilities for storing and transporting employee data that we have had the opportunity to exploit. We liked that the service provides customization tools for reporting, so that we can basically apply self-service and the tracking work is automatic.
