What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
We had a lot of difficulties with the management of our human resources, and with the management of our workflows (we took too long) but thanks to the implementation of bambooHR this is no longer a problem. It is a good service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We like that the platform allows to delegate work to other employees, and that the degree of responsibility of each one within the team can be managed. BambooHR demonstrates a great display on the desktop platform, and its ATS system is impeccable with tracking.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Do not dislike that it is a bit complicated to program email alerts. Its integrated system for the edition of personnel reports is quite coarse and not very customizable. It allows to separate the employees according to talents and areas, but this function is very vague. You need to apply better parameters to calculate talent.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
BambooHR is perfect for small businesses. If your company has more than 100 employees, you may need to look for a different solution. If you need benefits administration or other components that it doesn't provide like HRIS, you have the opportunity to add them. As far as onboarding new employees, it makes it very easy to use for both employers and new employees.
