they do a lot of upgrades based on suggestions from clients, provide many features, very easy to use

do not need a lot of training to use the system

in few cases, it times you out while you are working on entries and you have to restart.

highly recommended to use, if you need added features, just suggest them and know they will be implemented.

Unlike competitors who prioritize stability over agility BambooHR understands the importance of staying adaptable and up, to date in todays changing business landscape

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With the help of BambooHR we can leverage analytics and benchmarking data extracted from employee records to enhance aspects such, as organizational charts and learning paths. We gain insights into areas with turnover rates or underrepresented demographics, which guide us in making strategic decisions to foster engagement and cultivate a thriving culture especially as our workforce increasingly embraces remote work. Accessible, to administrators and leaders these data driven best practices empower us to make decisions effortlessly

What do you dislike most about this product?

Setting up workflows, forms and shared templates and gaining approval, from offices requires dedicated attention, effective change management and support from leaders. It's important to recognize that not all remote cultures will readily adopt procedures, which can affect the success of implementation. Companies should invest in communication and comprehensive training for administrators for coordinating changes, across different languages and regions

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Begin with the trial to evaluate how well the integrations work with your payroll, document sharing and other essential systems. This will help guarantee an uninterrupted flow of data

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

We brought in BambooHR when our team grew past 80 people. What made it shine was how self-service it felt. I wasn’t spending time creating logins or resetting PTO calendars. Everyone from interns to C-suite could just dive in and own their data. It’s especially good for younger, tech-comfy teams that hate traditional HR forms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The time-off module is gold. Employees see their balances, make requests, and managers approve from Slack. It also automatically tracks anniversaries and birthdays, which became a huge part of our culture recognition.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Performance reviews inside BambooHR are too rigid. We tried it for one cycle but found it couldn’t support hybrid review models or layered feedback. We had to export things out for 360 reviews. Also, once your org structure starts to branch into multi-brand or multi-entity setups, Bamboo starts to feel thin

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great for agencies in the 50 to 200 headcount range who want speed and simplicity. But if you plan to scale up into layered performance management or succession planning, you’ll hit a ceiling
