It has a great chat, group collaboration channels similar to Slack.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The organization of projects and teams. The 'Don't Forget' option is very useful.

What differentiates Basecamp from other similar products?

Basecamp contains all the features of other PM's softwares but it's more intuitive, less complex, easy to use and it just keeps it basic

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How friendly it is to use, and how it doesn't over complicate the tasks system

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's not the easiest to integrate with other platforms and not everyone is familiar with it

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a simple way of keeping your tasks under one place and an easy follow up, Basecamp it's the right solution!

I think they have a very good model of use for enterprises or organizations.

Definitely the wide array of features available and the prompt/alerts that send to team members when assigned tasks or projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Great product, but I wonder if there might be similar products available for use for less.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product for orgs considering purchasing or onboarding project management/task management platform software!
