What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zero touch SaaS Operations, Optimised Speed, High Level of security

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer Support can be improved a bit. Should improve of integrations with APIs like Google Workspace

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's one of the best in the business tool, will definitely recommend.

What differentiates BetterCloud from other similar products?

We rely heavily on Google Workspace. BetterCloud began as a Google third-party, so the bulk of available features are for Google. They are, however, always adding more integrations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's really easy to use. If you've ever used Zapier or IFTTT, then you can use BetterCloud.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are limitations to how I would like to use the product following the "if > then" logic, and they also moved a feature I was relying on, being able to do deep-dives on all of the files in all my end user's G Drives to a higher tier of usage and we cannot afford the upgrade.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you do a lot of repetitive things in Google Workspace like adding and removing users from groups, get this product. If you want to be able to set up a fire-and-forget on- and off-boarding solution, get this product. If you need to quickly find out whether a user is forwarding email to an external address or sharing files outside the company, get this product.
