What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Many options available for user lifecycle management, data loss prevention and security.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing at all!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend BetterCloud to any business looking to automate onboarding, offboarding and securing their data with proactive alerts! The audit log is also a very useful tool to see everything that is happening within BetterCloud on a daily basis.

Ease of setup. install and using it is very easy

What do you dislike most about this product?

We were told that they were short-staffed and wouldn't be able to get us technical help for a few weeks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure a POC is run and the full capabilities are utilized.
