They connect to a broad set of SAS products and have been in the industry longer than most.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's great integration with Gsuite and their growing feature set within each of their integrations.

Do a trial evaluation before moving ahead with the product.

What differentiates BetterCloud from other similar products?

Ease of use and highly focused on automation / workflows between SaaS products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best part about BetterCloud is the intuitive layout and configurations. Without hardly any training we were able to build workflows within minutes and improve user/access type processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At this time, there isn't anything to dislike! If I had any concern it might be price point might increase as BetterCloud's offerings continue to grow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you use Google Workspaces, there is no better way to gain visibility into your environment.

What differentiates BetterCloud from other similar products?

Agentless and cloud-native. Supports both security monitoring, alerting as well as provisioning. Customizable workflows, workflow templates make setting up policies easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Low-touch administration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of alerting for some integrations. Integrations are not all the same - some can only do provisioning.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Improve documentation and training.
