What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?

No platform fees or commission on any plan. Built in blog function.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It makes selling in multiple currencies very straightforward. It is easy to create custom fields.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not easy to setup for first time customers. Limits are placed on annual sales which forces customer to upgrade to the expensive plan.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Smooth channeling of the products through stores and if you are already selling through social media and other platforms then BigCommerce is the place.

What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?

Sending accurate automated email communication, such as an automated purchase confirmation email feature, was missing in my previous program. However, uploading, monitoring, and fulfilling items are straightforward. Whenever I contact them with a question or concern, they promptly react and take care of the problem. It's easy to train the rest of the team on how to use it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BigCommerce's most useful feature is the ease with which I can add new apps. Inventory reports, another one of BigCommerce's perks, are something I like. BigCommerce also makes it simple to add and change products. BigCommerce's customer service crew is amiable. My client appreciates the fact that I can deliver updates on a monthly basis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customization is inadequate, as it is with most of the others. Their incapacity to maintain the stability of their platform is what I hated the most. For a startup, their free templates are bland, while their premium templates are incredibly expensive. Rather than focusing on fixing existing bugs, they're focusing on releasing new versions of their software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

BigCommerce's open API makes it easy to integrate third-party data. Anyone, regardless of the level of technical expertise, can easily change and manage the store using BigCommerce's intuitive drag-and-drop interface. It's a huge time-saver to manage all of our data from one place. BigCommerce is constantly improving and introducing new features to the user interface. Highly recommended.
