What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?

Open program that can assist you in integrating what you want to sell online effectively. The most appealing to me is its accessibility and it may be customized for every store independently. As a result, you may be nimble and make quick changes for customers or yourselves as required. It also incorporates a number of statistics, online transactions, and the opportunity to sell globally.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We are trying to solve and integrating all aspects of e-commerce with a unified platform, such as email, web page add - ons, payment services, predictive analysis, SEO and web marketing, revenues, and assistance, as well as integrating all other applications into one.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Professional assistance is required for effective synchronization with all that large commerce has to offer. It might feel a little convoluted and difficult to adopt at times. Often when you update plug - ins there seem to be bugs and slowdowns.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When you are searching for bespoke solutions that can integrate all of your connectors in one location, BigCommerce is the way to go! They can integrate whatever app or function into your company and assist you expand quicker and more reliably.

The number of features available.

It is not the most mainstream platform.

It is a great option, but I would also consider Shopify.

What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?

I have not used other products to compare Bigcommerce to shopify or other systems out there

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to use and train staff on how to manage the e-commerce platform

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be great if there was a calendar/management system for the customer data side. We use the notes section but if that was built out a bit more, that would be helpful for our customer service team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great platform and has been a game-changer for our company to grow ecommerce.
