Great e-commerce platform!

What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?

It integrated with Square POS and also allows for hemp/cbd sales. The free templates are customizable enough to not look free.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to upload and manage products. Making changes is very quick and simple as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A couple features I would like are in a higher priced package but the price doesn’t justify the upgrade where I’m at now.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it! Play around with it and really see how easy it is to add and manage your products.

What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?

Many extra features that are standard and not as added plugins with other platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use to update and make changes and the online support is amazing - well done team! Great features and they always keep updated on current market changes and notify you accordingly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Paying in USD when our AUD is so weak!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great for anyone that does not have a lot of technical info as the online support is always great and really helpful. For anyone needing different pricing levels eg customers and wholesalers, this can be set up automatically in the customer category and no extra software is needed like in many other platforms.
