Great Company who care even about Smaller Stores.

What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?

I looked at a lot of different companies offering similar services and found many of them very confusing to use when doing a test trial of their interface. I was recommended to BigCommerce by a friend who already used their services an had similar needs for a webstore as I do. In using the trial, I found that they have lots of really helpful info files and many have great videos on how to use the various features on their site. This really made a difference in setting up my store and the questions I had about making the switch over for both the website and my email, they were very helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I find it quite easy to use, and has allowed me to create a website myself that I never thought was possible before. With the help of their videos and help pages, it did not take long for me to figure out the interface and have my website up and live. My customers are really loving the new website and find the checkout process much better then my previous web stores.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I will be honest in saying at this moment I can not think of anything I actually dislike about them, any problems or questions I have had, they have been great about helping with, and I have not had any issues running my webstore.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Like with anything I would say have a look around and see if they have the features that will suite YOUR needs. If you are unsure drop their support a message and they will get back to you with help as fast as possible. They have a fantastic trial you can do, that will allow you to use their interface and start setting up a new site. I really loved this as it gave me a chance to see if I could figure out the interface and to see how much I could change my websites looks. I was thrilled with what I was able to accomplish, so recommend doing the trial and seeing if its right for you.

What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?

Its section system is quite efficient and guarantees each activity carried out is safe for both partners and clients, in addition it has grown over the years guaranteeing that the functions are reliable even for new clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Allows the customization of the system allowing it to adapt to the requirements of professionals, allowing content management and order control from its platform without having to resort to other systems to fulfill its functions

What do you dislike most about this product?

Everything has worked well for me since the tool was implemented

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation is for those professionals in the marketing area to integrate this tool into their commercial systems, because it is complete from the sales area to the commercial processes
